The Analytical Tools Store is iClaimsExpert's newest key feature and is a repository of more than one hundred new reports in a central location that have been developed to meet the rapidly expanding information needs of FARA’s clients. The reports illustrate loss data through graphical presentation rather than traditional spreadsheet reports making information much easier to visualize. The Analytical Tools Store removes the hassle of grouping data which allows valuable time to be focused on decision making, not data organization.
iCOW, or Internet Claim Opening Wizard is an online claim intake interface for clients (currently only available for Workers' Compensation claims). iCOW allows the client (if they choose) the ability use their own employees to enter the claim data immediately after the receive the notice of an incident. This process reduces the delay in sending the information back and forth with other entities. Also, this feature allows more control of your workflow and helps to create a seamless transition from claim opening, claim adjudication, to claim closing.
iClaimsExpert is completely integrated with FARA's mrce system for Medicare reporting. When using FARA, you can rest assured that all of your Medicare beneficiaries within iClaimsExpert will be checked and cross-referenced. If it is deemed that they should be reported, iClaimsExpert in conjunction with mrce work together seamlessly to transmit the necessary data to CMS.
