cCE was initally deployed right after the onset of Hurricane Katrina. A significant increase in speed, accuracy and ease of communication between the independent adjusters and FARA's claim supervisors was immediately apparent. FARA was able to provide superior and uninterrupted service to our customers at a time when many could not even access the affected areas.


Our clients can be given access to cCE enabling them the ability to trace the claims process from first contact to receipt of a paperless report (if desired). Claims Managers and clients alike are able drill into a particular claim to identify the claims status and can even view up-to-the-minute notes, attachments, and communication. Additionally, cCE offers metrics and reports that keep independent adjusters in sync with office supervision on their progress and workload. If an adjuster is underperforming, the supervisor is immediately aware and can take corrective action before the insured party is affected.
