FARA adjusters have been equipped with our proprietary, internet based, claims management software, CAT Claims Expert^TM (CCE). This technology was developed in house by FARA's world class IT group. The same IT group that is available 24x7 to support our adjusters, customers and the many insureds we serve.

CCE is a powerful tool that ensures claims are handled in a fast, efficient manner leading to quick claim resolution while maintaining solid cost control. Our clients can be given access to the software enabling them to trace the claims process from first contact to receipt of a paperless report (if desired). Additionally CCE offers metrics and reports that keep everyone informed throughout the process and gives management the ability to know and understand the status of a claim at the speed of the internet.
