FARA, a nationwide insurance services organization serving both the private and public sectors, is pleased to announce that it has enhanced its executive team with the addition of Laura Tarantino.

Mrs. Tarantino will serve as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of FARA and will be based in the Corporate Office in Mandeville, Louisiana. In addition to the overall responsibility of all legal aspects of the business, Laura will also be responsible for a new product line of services named MRCE.

MRCE or Medicare Reporting Compliance Expert utilizes proprietary web-based software dealing with Mandatory Medicare Secondary Payer Reporting Requirements. For more information on MRCE, visit www.fara.com.

Mrs. Tarantino received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University and her Law degree from Loyola University School of Law. Prior to joining FARA, Laura served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for APS Healthcare based in Silver Springs, Maryland. During her tenure at APS Healthcare, Laura managed all legal and regulatory compliance and risk management functions for the $200 million, privately owned, specialty healthcare organization.
