FARA Enhances its Management Team with the Addition of Cherie Pinac

Mandeville, LA, July 01, 2010

FARA Insurance Services, a provider of claims administration and risk management solutions nationwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Cherie Arceneaux Pinac to its Senior Management team.

Mrs. Pinac will serve as Vice President for FARA’s Louisiana State Office of Risk Management Account based out of FARA’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. Cherie will be responsible for all claims and loss control operations involving the ORM account.

Cherie brings over fifteen years of experience in the legal and compliance segments of the insurance industry. Before joining FARA, Mrs. Pinac served as Vice President and General Counsel for LWCC (Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Corporation). During her tenure with LWCC, Cherie served as Chief Legal Officer, primary Legislative Liaison, and provided oversight on corporate litigation endeavors. Cherie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Louisiana State University Law Center. Mrs. Pinac is a member of the Louisiana Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council, a member of the 2010 LSU National Diversity Advisory Board, and was also a 2008 Business Report Top 40 Under 40 Honoree.
