The Medicare Set Aside Arrangement is a compilation of the medical records and future payment projections over the claimant's life expectancy. FARA will obtain a rated age from a qualified professional to identify a true life expectancy which may significantly reduce the allocation. The MSA product also includes the facilitation of the signing of consents to release information.

The FARA Medical Allocation Services team completes the MSA submission process for our clients. The Submission includes the MSA and any additional CMS mandated documents. We monitor Submission progress for our clients and submit any additional information to CMS upon their request. We also continue our involvement until the receipt of a CMS notice/approval letter related to the submitted MSA.

Rush MSA - We realize there are situations where an MSA is needed within 1-5 days. We offer a Rush MSA product to fulfill client needs
Updated MSA - An update may be performed if there was no case resolution six months post initial MSA. The updates include additional medical records since the original document.
