Workers' Compensation claims management is a core competency at FARA. We have substantial workers’ compensation experience handling marine, construction, gaming, manufacturing, energy, and public entity claims. FARA handles claims for programs, SIR accounts, and large deductible accounts. We will tailor our suite of services at client request and can also setup on-site claims adjusting units to fit the specific needs of a client.
FARA is on all major carrier's approved list and can conduct business in all 50 states.
FARA has extensive USL&H, MEL / Jones Act, and P & I experience tailored to the shipbuilding, ship repairing and stevedoring industries, and offshore energy.
We believe in a comprehensive investigation with an eye towards subrogation and keeping our client informed throughout the claim process. We believe in pro-actively handling our files with the aim to get the claim closed at the least possible cost to our clients.
