FARA Catastrophe Claims Service works closely with clients to identify individual needs before and after a catastrophic event. We customize a pro-active pre-cat plan to mitigate losses in the event of any type of cat event. Our catastrophe services include hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, fires, floods and ice/hail storms. The cat team tailors our services and work product to meet the specific needs of each client.
A key mission of FARA Catastrophe Services is to help the victims of the natural disaster in a timely fashion while controlling unnecessary cost to our clients. FARA has a nationwide network of over 400 independent adjusters that are immediately available to respond to the needs of the Insureds and the Insurance companies.
Claims that are resolved in a quick manner help guarantee a fast recovery and satisfied customer. We recognize that the best solution to a covered loss in a cat event is an accurate, quickly completed and submitted adjusters report that allows FARA's clients to get the necessary funds to their insured.
In the aftermath of one of the country's worst disasters, FARA remained steadfast in its claim handling operations. FARA immediately established an office in the affected areas to provide a brick and mortar catastrophe location for our team of over 400 adjusters, 40 supervisors, and 5 catastrophe managers.
FARA successfully handled in excess of 30,000 Katrina claims.
FARA Catastrophe established a call center virtually overnight in order to help a client meet explosive call volume where 70 operators took over 1,300 calls per day.
